Terms of Use

Last updated 18 August 2026.

By using this website you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We are not a Qualified Security Assessor

Winslow Compliance Partners is not a QSA Company, is not an Approved Scanning Vendor, and is not accredited, endorsed or authorised by the PCI Security Standards Council.

We do not perform PCI DSS assessments. We do not sign Reports on Compliance. We do not issue Attestations of Compliance. We do not run the quarterly external scans, and we do not certify or validate anyone's compliance. Those activities are reserved for a Qualified Security Assessor or an Approved Scanning Vendor, and any document we produced claiming otherwise would have no standing with an acquiring bank or a payment brand.

What we do provide is readiness, remediation, documentation and project support up to the point of formal validation, which is then performed by an independent assessor.

What this website is

Informational, plus a way to request an estimate. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or professional advice for your specific situation. Figures shown are published market ranges, not quotations. A quotation exists only when we send it to you in writing against a defined scope.

Trade marks and marks

PCI DSS is referenced on this site descriptively. We display no PCI Security Standards Council logo, mark, badge or seal, and we make no claim of compliance, certification or conformance on our own behalf. Third-party marks shown remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.

No guarantee of outcome

Your assessor reaches an independent conclusion. We cannot and do not guarantee that any engagement will result in a passing assessment, and we would advise caution with any firm that offers such a guarantee.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published here. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the engagement contract, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Engagement contracts may specify a different governing law.
